unbeatable location breakfast service taxi service small room missing bidet street noise
the location was unbeatable. i found it so easy to walk to all the main attractions. the staff were helpful getting taxis and i especially appreciated their breakfast service. i liked the variety of items available each morning.
the room size felt a bit small for two people though i didn't spend much time there. the bathroom lacked a bidet. this was inconvenient! the noise from the street at night was a little bit disturbing despite the closed windows.

The location is excellent. It made sightseeing very easy. The breakfast was very good with lots of options (i especially liked the pastries). The staff were very helpful.
The room was not soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway often. The bathroom was quite small. There was also very loud music every night from the piazza, so sleep was difficult.

varied selection pistachio croissants complimentary drinks
The breakfast buffet featured a varied selection. I especially liked the pistachio croissants. A lounge area offered complimentary drinks all day (which was a plus!).
Live music from the square continued until 1 a.m., making it hard to sleep.
